When will my sauna get delivered?
Each sauna model has different lead times, which are marked on the product page. Some saunas are built to order, which may take longer, while others are in stock and ready to ship immediately. For the most
accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the lead time information provided on the specific sauna’s product page.
How complicated is it to put the saunas together?
Our saunas are designed for very easy assembly. Typically, 1 to 2 people can put them together in around 2 to 6 hours, depending on the model. You'll find clear instructions with you sauna, making the
process straightforward and hassle-free.
What can I place my sauna on top of?
For outdoor saunas, you can place them on a wooden deck, wooden platform, pavers, or gravel. If it's going on concrete decking or an existing deck, a rubber
mat is optional but not necessary.
For indoor saunas, they can sit directly on the floor, but you might want to use a rug or thin rubber mat to protect your existing floors and prevent any potential damage.
