Price Match Policy

Öli Saunas is committed to offering our customers excellent value. If you find a lower price from a legitimate, authorized U.S. dealer, we will match the advertised cart price, including shipping.

Requirements:

The competitor must be an authorized dealer selling the same model.
The price must be current and verifiable at the time of request.
Price matching does not apply to:
- Clearance, open-box, refurbished, or used products
- Membership-based pricing or loyalty-only discounts
- Bundle promotions or package deals we aren’t offering
- Limited-time flash sales, timed promotions, or error pricing
- International sellers

Taxes:
Applicable taxes must be collected based on local requirements and are not part of the price match calculation.

How to Request a Price Match:

Contact us before purchase with a link or screenshot of the lower price.
Our team will review and apply the match at checkout, if eligible.

Right to Decline:
While we aim to honor reasonable requests, we reserve the right to decline a price match if the offer cannot be verified or does not meet the criteria above.
