Terms and Conditions for Sauna Installation Services

 

At Öli Saunas, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient installation experience for your new sauna. To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you review and acknowledge the following terms and conditions for our installation services:

 

Scheduling and Timing

  • An estimated installation window will be provided once your sauna has shipped.
  • The exact installation date will be scheduled after the sauna’s shipment has been confirmed.


Site Preparation

The installation area must be fully prepped before the crew arrives. This includes:

  • Clearing all items and obstacles from the designated space.
  • Ensuring the floor is level and ready for sauna assembly.
  • Our crew will not move items, level floors, or prepare the site.
  • Failure to prepare the site adequately may result in rescheduling and additional fees.


Crate and Packaging Disposal

The crew will break down the crate for you but is unable to assist with the disposal of crates or packaging materials. We kindly ask that you arrange for their removal following the installation.

 

Electrical Installation

Our installation crew does not perform electrical work. Unless you have specifically arranged for electrical work to be done through us, customers are responsible for ensuring all electrical components are installed by a licensed electrician.


No Overlapping Scheduling

Please ensure that electricians, contractors, or other workers are not scheduled to perform work on the same day as the sauna installation. The crew cannot assemble the sauna while others are working on the same space, such as installing the heater.


Crew Access and Expectations

  • Please ensure the crew has easy and unobstructed access to the crate and the installation area. This will help them complete the assembly efficiently and without delays.
  • All pets must be secured for the duration of the installation to ensure the safety of both the crew and your pets.
  • To maintain focus and efficiency, we ask that you allow the crew to work uninterrupted. Excessive interaction may lead to delays or mistakes.
  • For your saftey, we kindly ask that you do not help or assist the crew with any part of the install.

 

Crew Responsibilities

  • The crew is trained exclusively in sauna assembly and does not handle electrical work or provide guidance on sauna use, care, or maintenance. They are also unable to answer questions related to your order. If you have any questions during the installation, please don’t hesitate to call us directly at 512-299-9993.
  • Unless you have specifically arranged for any changes prior to the installation date, the crew cannot perform any customizations to the sauna beyond the standard assembly as per the product specifications.

 

Weather Conditions

  • Installations will not proceed if there is any rain or inclement weather, as outdoor assembly requires dry conditions to ensure safety, efficiency, and to protect the interior of the sauna from potential damage during installation.
  • In the event of weather-related delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule the installation at the earliest available time.

By scheduling an installation with Öli Saunas and submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, efficient, and successful installation process.
