Refund policy

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.


Return Process:

  • Email us at info@olisaunas.com with your order number.
  • Products must be in original packaging and never used or installed.
  • Larger items need the original pallet.
  • Photos and videos may be required for processing returns.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order before it ships for a 5% fee to cover the cost of credit card processing. Orders in the “Shipped” status cannot be canceled.


Products Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Modified or installed items
  • Items not in resalable condition
  • Items without an order number or original packaging


Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. If the box is visibly damaged upon delivery, take clear photos, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver.

  2. If there are no visible damages to the box, inspect the package immediately after receiving it. If the product itself is damaged, take pictures or videos.

  3. Email our customer support team at info@olisaunas.com with your order number, issue details, and the photos or videos.

Customer support will assist and arrange a replacement.

IMPORTANT: Report all damages within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your claim is processed. Claims reported after 24 hours will be denied.
