Terms and Conditions for Cold Plunge Installation Services
At Öli Saunas, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient installation process for your new cold plunge. Please review the following terms and conditions before your scheduled installation.
Scheduling and Timing
- An estimated installation window will be provided once your cold plunge has shipped.
- The exact installation date will be scheduled after the shipment has been confirmed.
Site Preparation
The installation area must be fully prepared prior to the crew’s arrival. This includes:
- Clearing all items and obstacles from the designated space.
- Ensuring the surface is level, solid, and able to support the cold plunge once filled with water.
- Providing access to water and drainage if needed.
Our crew will not move items, level surfaces, run plumbing, or prepare the site. If the site is not properly prepared, installation may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
Crate and Packaging Disposal
The crew will break down the crate but cannot assist with removal of crates or packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging disposal after the installation.
Electrical and Plumbing Connections
- Our installation crew does not perform electrical or plumbing work.
- Unless you have specifically arranged these services through us, customers are responsible for ensuring all required electrical or plumbing connections are completed by licensed professionals.
- For setups involving chillers or filtration, power and water hookups must be in place before installation.
No Overlapping Scheduling
Other contractors, electricians, or plumbers should not be scheduled to work in the same space on the installation day. The crew cannot complete setup if the area is being worked on simultaneously.
Crew Access and Expectations
- Please ensure the crew has easy and unobstructed access to the crate and installation area.
- All pets must be secured during the installation.
- For safety and efficiency, we ask that you allow the crew to work without assistance. Please do not help lift or move equipment.
Crew Responsibilities
- The crew is trained in cold plunge assembly and placement only.
- They cannot handle electrical/plumbing, answer questions about water treatment, or provide product care/usage guidance. For any questions during the installation, call us directly at 512-299-9993.
- Unless prior arrangements are made, the crew cannot perform customizations beyond the standard setup.
Weather Conditions
- Installations may be delayed if conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, storms, flooding, or extreme temperatures).
- If a weather-related delay occurs, we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest available time.
