Enjoy free shipping on all orders via our network of warehouses in CA, TX, NY, and other locations.

Order Confirmation and Processing:
You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If in stock, the item is prepared for shipment immediately. If out of stock, we'll notify you via email.

Shipping Timeline:
Expect delivery within 3-7 business days once the order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Process:

Small Items: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Large Items: Delivered by LTL Freight Carriers.
In-stock items are packed and shipped in the order received. During busy seasons, shipment times may vary.
You will receive a tracking number and Bill of Lading once your order is picked up.

Delivery:

In-stock Items: Processing takes 3-5 business days, with delivery expected 3-7 business days after shipping.
Freight Shipping: The carrier will call to set a delivery window. You must be present to sign for the delivery.

Delivery Options:

Loading Dock: The driver unloads the pallet at the dock.
No Loading Dock: The item is lowered via lift gate to curbside.

Upon Delivery:

Curbside Delivery: Item left on a pallet.
Inspection: Check for damage before signing. If damaged, note it, take photos, and email them to us.

Additional Services:

Threshold Delivery: Available for an extra cost.
Professional Assembly: Available upon request.

Storage Fees:
Failure to receive the order upon arrival may incur storage or additional shipping fees. Notify us ASAP for specific delivery dates.
